Where can I have a myBlend treatment?

You can have a treatment at our “Maison myBlend” in Paris or at one of our spas in several countries. Please click on the Find us page to locate your nearest spa.

Where can I see what treatments are offered?

You can view the myBlend treatment menu by clicking on the “Experiences” tab in the menu on the my-blend.com website.

What methods and technologies are used during the treatments?

We have chosen tried and tested, painless and non-invasive technologies.
Harnessing the power of light, cold and electromagnetic waves, our treatments deeply stimulate the cells and boost the skin’s natural mechanisms. The treatments offer long-term effectiveness as well as instant results.

Are myBlend spa treatments suitable for pregnant women?

Please let us know if you have any particular health issues when you make your booking. Pregnant women can enjoy body and facial treatments from the fourth month of pregnancy.

Can I have a treatment if I have medical constraints and/or allergies?

Please let us know if you have any particular health issues when you make your booking (medical issues and allergies). We may be able to seek medical advice to ensure your well-being and safety.

How should I dress, will I have to undress for a treatment?

At our “Maison myBlend” your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities. We will provide you with single-use briefs for all body treatments and massages, as well as all the towels required for your treatments.

Can minors book a treatment?

Treatments are only for people aged 18 and over.

What are the benefits of joining the loyalty program?

The myB loyalty program offers exclusive benefits to its members, and is designed to be simple, engaging, community-based.

Where are myBlend products made?

Most myBlend products are made in France at the Clarins group laboratories in Pontoise, with the exception of nutri-cosmetics and the LED mask.

Which countries do you deliver to? Can I order from another country?

We deliver to the following 38 countries:
In Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco , excluding DROM-COM), Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canaries, Ceula & Melilla) and Sweden.
Outside the EU: Norway, Switzerland.
In the Middle East: Egypt, Morocco, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (Dubai & Abu Dhabi).
In Asia: Singapore.
In South America: Mexico.
In North America: Canada, United States.
In Oceania: Australia.
You can therefore have your myBlend products delivered to all of these countries.

How can I get free delivery?

Standard delivery is free with any purchase for the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canaries, Ceula & Melilla), Sweden, and Switzerland.

Express delivery is free to countries outside Europe with purchases of €350 or more: Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Egypt, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi/Dubai) and United States.

How do I track my delivery? Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your parcel has been shipped and processed by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel on the carrier’s website. If you have a myBlend account, you will also find this tracking number in your customer area, under the “My orders” tab.

How do I know if my order has been received?

As well as seeing the confirmation screen once your purchase is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. When you log into your myBlend account, your order will also appear in the “My orders” tab.
