• Outside the EU: Norway, Switzerland.
• In the Middle East: Egypt, Morocco, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (Dubai / Abu Dhabi).
• In Asia: Singapore.
• In South America: Mexico.
• In North America: Canada, United States.
• In Oceania: Australia.

In France: we offer standard and express home delivery.
In Europe: we offer standard and express home delivery.
For countries outside Europe: we offer express home delivery.
The price of the delivery will be directly displayed when your purchase is confirmed.
Standard delivery is free with any purchase for the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canaries, Ceula & Melilla), Sweden, and Switzerland.
Express delivery is free to countries outside Europe with purchases of €350 or more: Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Egypt, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi/Dubai) and United States.
Taxes and customs duties are automatically calculated and included in the final price of your order.
Your order will be shipped on the following day at the latest.
Once your parcel has been shipped and processed by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel on the carrier’s website. If you have a myBlend account, you will also find this tracking number in your customer area, under the “My orders” tab.
Depending on the progress of your order, it may still be possible for us to change your delivery address. However, if the order has already been processed by the warehouse, we will no longer be able to modify it. Yes, it is free to return your order. Your parcel will contain a prepaid return label.
If you live in the European Union, the United States, Canada or Mexico, you can leave your package at the carrier’s nearest drop-off point.
If you live in another country, you must make an appointment with UPS to arrange a home collection.
Order returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
It is not possible to exchange products. If you order something by mistake, you must return your package with the products intact and place a new order.
We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned order. The refund will be made provided that the returned products are in perfect condition. Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as it is approved.
Unfortunately no, any product purchased on our e-shop must be returned to our warehouse, and any product purchased at La Maison myBlend or any other distributor must be returned to the same place it was purchased.
