How do I benefit from the myBlend loyalty program?

You can join the myBlend loyalty program as soon as you make a purchase on my-blend.com or at “La Maison myBlend” in Paris.

I live abroad, can I still join the loyalty program?

Yes, all customers who purchase from the my-blend.com website, wherever they are in the world, can join the myBlend loyalty program. If you are visiting Paris, you can also visit “La Maison myBlend”.

What are the benefits of joining the loyalty program?

The myB loyalty program offers exclusive benefits to its members, and is designed to be simple, engaging, community-based.
When you place your first order and join the loyalty program, you will receive a welcome gift along with your order and a one-month promotional offer on your birthday to be used on your next order; a quarterly e-mag will be sent to you with exclusive content and you will also receive special and exclusive information about new products before their public launch.

How does the loyalty program work?

All customers on the my-blend.com website and at “La Maison myBlend” can sign up for the myB loyalty program. Your registration is final when you have made your first purchase (products or treatment). You then begin to earn points with every purchase. €1 = 1 loyalty point. The myB program has four levels: 700, 1,000, 1,300 and 1,600 points. When you reach a new level you have three choices:
1) You decide to convert your points into gifts. You can then choose between 3 and 4 retail products, depending on your level.
2) You decide to turn your points into donations (10 points = €1) to myBlend’s partner organisation: La Maison des femmes, which provides care and assistance to women who have endured violence. Four donation coupons are available: €70, €100, €130 or €160.
3) You decide not to spend your points and decide to earn more to reach a higher level. You will then have more gifts to choose from, or the opportunity to donate more money to La Maison des femmes.

Once you have spent your points, you move back down to a lower level and your loyalty program continues.

How does the wallet system work?

If you have a smartphone, you can add your myBlend loyalty card to Google Pay for Android and Wallet for iOS. This feature is available on “My account” or when you receive an email welcoming you to the program. You can check your points balance in real time. You can also choose to receive the latest news from the brand as notifications.

Can I earn loyalty points in stores and at myBlend points of sale?

The myBlend loyalty program is exclusively reserved for customers who make purchases on my-blend.com or at “La Maison myBlend” store.

Where can I check my points balance?

You can check your loyalty points balance in “My account”, on the home page. If you have chosen to add your card to your wallet, you can also check your points balance. You will also receive a summary email after each order with the number of points you have earned.

I just placed an order, but I can’t see where my new points are.

You can earn loyalty points either when you make a purchase on the my-blend.com website or at “La Maison myBlend” store.
In both cases, you will receive a summary email after each purchase with the number of points you have credited (remember to check your spam if you have not received this email). You can also check your points history at any time in “My account”, on the home page. If this is not the case, please contact myBlend customer care at the following address: customercare@my-blend.com

I have reached a new level; how can I use the points I have earned?

The myBlend loyalty program gives you the choice to use your points in two different ways. You can either exchange your points for a product of your choice as soon as you reach one of the four levels. Alternatively, you can decide to keep earning points to reach the higher levels and enjoy a wider selection of products. All your points will then be deducted from your balance.
You can choose to support myBlend’s partner organisation right from the first level: “La Maison des femmes” is an organisation that provides care and assistance to women who have endured violence. The points will be transformed into a monetary donation and sent directly to the organisation. In this case 10 points = €1.

For how long are my points valid?

Points are valid for one year from January 1st of each calendar year until December 31st of the same year.

At each change of calendar year, on January 1st, the point counters are reset to zero. Unused points cannot be redeemed. They are automatically donated to the “La Maison des femmes” organisation, as explained in Article 3.1 of the “my+” program Terms and Conditions of Use. There are two exceptions:
-In 2022, as the “my+” program is being launched, the points earned from the launch (May 2022) are valid until December 31st of the following calendar year, i.e. December 31st, 2023.
-In all other years, points earned during October, November and December are valid until December 31st of the following calendar year.

How do I choose my gift?

Would you like to convert your points into a gift? It couldn’t be easier! Go to “My account”, then “Convert your points”. Click on “Into gifts”. You will then see a drop-down list of all the product gifts. Depending on your points balance, you can choose one or more gifts. Simply click “Choose your gift”. The product(s) will then be added to your cart.

How do I turn my points into donations?

Would you like to convert your points into donations? It couldn’t be easier! Go to “My account”, then “Convert your points”. Click on “Into donations”. You can select a Donation coupon that matches your points balance. Once you have clicked on “Make a donation”, you will receive a confirmation email. La Maison des femmes and myBlend thank you for your support!

How do I receive my gift?

For information on how to select your gift, please see “How do I choose my gift?” When you have chosen your gift and added it to your cart, it will be sent to the address of your choice.

I have reached the last level in the program, what happens now?

Congratulations! You can now choose your gift(s) from one of the four levels, according to the number of points required for each product. You can also choose to support myBlend’s partner organisation, and your points will be converted into monetary donations. Depending on the number of points you use, you will then move down to a lower level.

Can I sponsor someone? What benefits are there?

You can invite your friends and family to join the myBlend loyalty program. Go to “My account”, then click on “Sponsor your friends and family”. Enter their email addresses, and they will receive a confirmation email.
As a thank you, myBlend will send you a voucher worth €20 as soon as they place their first order.

How do I leave the loyalty program?

You may leave the “my+” loyalty program at any time by sending an email notifying us of your decision to our customer care department at the following address: customercare@my-blend.com. When an account is closed, the points balance is reset to zero and any unused points are lost, including if the Member decides to sign up for the program again at a later date.

Most myBlend products are made in France at the Clarins group laboratories in Pontoise, with the exception of nutri-cosmetics and the LED mask.

Which countries do you deliver to? Can I order from another country?

We deliver to the following 38 countries:
In Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canaries, Ceula & Melilla) and Sweden.
Outside the EU: Norway, Switzerland.

How can I get free delivery?

Standard delivery is free with any purchase for the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canaries, Ceula & Melilla), Sweden, and Switzerland.

Express delivery is free to countries outside Europe with purchases of €350 or more: Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Egypt, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi/Dubai) and United States.

How do I track my delivery? Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your parcel has been shipped and processed by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel on the carrier’s website. If you have a myBlend account, you will also find this tracking number in your customer area, under the “My orders” tab.

How do I know if my order has been received?

As well as seeing the confirmation screen once your purchase is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. When you log into your myBlend account, your order will also appear in the “My orders” tab.
